How do I place an Order?
When you find a product you like, click on the image to view more details about the product. For many products you will be given a choice of colors or styles to allow you to customize these quality products for your wedding. Once you have selected the appropriate options, click the "Add To Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart. The item will be added to your cart, and you may continue shopping.
You may view your shopping cart at any time buy clicking on "View Cart" located in the menu on the left of each page. When you view your cart, you can change product amounts, remove products or change/remove personalization.
When you are completely satisfied with your order click "Proceed to Checkout". This will take you to our secure server where you can enter your payment and shipping options. All transactions are encrypted for your security.
After you enter your payment and shipping information, you will be asked to confirm your details and approve your order. Once your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains your order details. Your order will be processed by MyWeddingVenture in 1-2 days.

Can I order a sample of a specific product?
MyWeddingVenture does not offer samples at this time. If you have questions about a specific product, email our Customer Support and we will help you in every way possible.

How do I redeem a Discount Code?
During the checkout process, enter the code exactly as it appears, into the box for "Discount Code". Continue checking out by clicking "Continue Checkout". If your discount qualifies, it will be automatically be updated for your total.

Can I place an order over the telephone?
MyWeddingVenture will soon allow you to order by telephone with a toll-free number to our Customer Support. Until then, orders can only be made through our website.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, MyWeddingVenture will ship anywhere worldwide. For shipping outside of the United States, please contact our Customer Support for a quote PRIOR to placing an order. Each country handles imported goods differently. You will be responsible for any custom or duty charges that may be applicable.

Where will my orders be shipped from?
All U.S. orders will be shipped from the manufacturer, Weddingstar Inc., in Sweetgrass, Montana. Orders made from outside the United States will be shipped from one of our international warehouses. Please contact our Customer Support for more details.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
All regular ground orders can be sent to a P.O. Box address. Orders being delivered to a P.O. Box can take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive. Express orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box address.

Why can't I add a specific product to my cart?
The product you are trying to order may be out of stock. If the item displays "out of stock", please contact our Customer Support and we will try to find the product for you.

Do you offer a printed catalog?
At this time, MyWeddingVenture does not offer a catalog. If you cannot find what you're looking for on our website, please contact us and we will try to help you find it.

How do I find a specific product?
All of our products are organized for you in our Menu at the left of your screen. If you are having trouble finding what you are looking for, please contact our Customer Support for help.

How do I personalize a specific product?
We carry a wide selection of personalizable products. If your product can be personalized, there will be a personalize section on the product page that will allow you to give us the information needed.

Which credit cards do you accept?
MyWeddingVenture proudly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal.

Do you accept other payment methods?
At this time, MyWeddingVenture only accepts payments through PayPal.

Will taxes be added onto my order?
If applicable, Indiana state sales tax of 7% will be applied to your order. No other taxes will be assessed.

What currency are your prices in?
All prices shown on MyWeddingVenture are in U.S. Dollars.

Can merchandise be returned and/or refunded?
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 7 days for a refund*. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.
*IMPORTANT
No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, etc. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned. Candles shipped by ground during the summer months cannot be returned.
NOTE: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.

Is your website secure?
Your need for privacy is a major priority at MyWeddingVenture. To ensure your safety, all payments are made with PayPal online payments. As one of the most well known online payment services, PayPal will secure all transactions. Any information provided for the purpose of processing an online order remains private and will never be sold to outside parties.

What should I do if I'm having difficulties with the website?
We take pride in the performance of our website but we occassionally hear from people who have had problems getting through. In our experience, performance problems on the Internet can occur for a variety of reasons, including the time of day, congestion on the Internet itself, problems at an individual Internet Service Provider, or problems on our website. It's always possible that you tried us at a time when we were very busy. We'd like to encourage you to try us again soon, and if the problem continues please email our Site Support and we will try to find out what is causing it.

How do I enable cookies for my browser?
This all depends on what type of computer, browser and browser version you are using. A good place to start for help with turning cookies on is the online Help within your browser. ‘Help’ is usually one of the choices along the top menu bar. Look/search for information on enabling or disabling cookies. You may also find information on cookies under help topics involving security.
